Hormones require monitoring and fine-tuning. You’ll have monthly 15-minute check-ins via phone or Zoom so doses, supplements, and strategies evolve as your body responds.

Coaching & Community

You’ll receive access to The Wellness Script, my 10-week foundational hormone optimization program, including weekly group coaching calls (recorded) and community support.

Resources
