You get a comprehensive hormone lab test kit (you do the saliva/blood spot test at home), a 60 minute consultation with me to review lifestyle elements (nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, mindset, gut health, toxins, supplements and prescription therapies) and you get a ~30 page Functional Medicine Protocol Plan to help optimize hormones.

If BHRT is recommended, I will coordinate that request with your doctor and pharmacy.
