This membership is for women who are already stable on hormone therapy and want continued professional oversight without enrolling in a full package or coaching program.
This is not a starting point for hormone therapy.


The THP Concierge Membership™ provides prescription-focused support to help maintain and monitor an existing hormone therapy plan.
It exists to:
Maintain continuity of care
Monitor for when adjustments may be needed
Coordinate communication with your prescriber and pharmacy
Prevent issues from being missed over time
This is maintenance support, not active treatment.
The Maintenance Membership includes:

Ongoing support for hormone prescription maintenance

Monitoring for when dose adjustments may be needed

Recommendations for dose changes made to the existing prescriber

Refill coordination with the pharmacy

Review of physician-ordered labs if provided

Communication via secure portal or email
Response time: 24–48 business hours
Access is based on reasonable use.
This membership does not include:
Supplements
Prescriptions
Lifestyle or nutrition coaching
Lab ordering (available separately)
New hormone starts
Complex case management
Pellet management
If your needs change, you will be directed into a consultation or package.

Be stable on hormone therapy
Have completed a prior consultation or package
or be approved after review
Not be a new HRT start
Not have a complex case
Not use hormone pellets

This membership focuses on maintenance and optimization once your hormones are stable. It doesn’t include starting brand-new HRT protocols or ongoing pellet management.
We absolutely support safe transitions off pellet therapy. If you’re ready to move away from pellets, we can guide you through that process and create a personalized plan for what comes next.
