What We’ll Talk About

If you’ve ever said:

  • “Why am I gaining weight when nothing changed?”

  • “Why am I exhausted all the time?”

  • “Why does my brain feel foggy?”

  • “Why does nobody warn women about this?”

Then this night is for you.

We’ll cover:

  • What actually happens to hormones in perimenopause

  • Why your metabolism changes in your 40s

  • The connection between hormones, stress, sleep, and inflammation

  • Bioidentical hormone therapy explained simply

  • Practical steps you can start immediately

No judgement. Just truth.

About Your Host

Melinda Fowler, RPh

The Hormonal Pharmacist

Melinda is a traditionally trained pharmacist with over 30 years of experience who now specializes in helping women understand their hormones and navigate perimenopause.

After experiencing her own health struggles in midlife, she began studying functional medicine, hormone therapy, and root-cause health approaches.

Today, she helps women across the country understand what is happening inside their bodies and what they can actually do about it.

This event is one of her favorite nights of the year.
